There’s no gas pot like modern ones, instead they have wood fired cooking hearth (Chulha) which are covered with wet red mud (Geru). It also keeps the surface cool. Also utensils are also covered with wet mud from outside. The cooked food in these mud chulha taste really great and with a pint of ancient village cooked food. Most village people have both the modern ones and the old chulha like these so they can have the taste of both.
